Thank you for shopping with Pro Roper! This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping of products purchased through our website www.proroper.com.au. We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

  1. Shipping Destinations

Pro Roper ships to addresses within Australia and select international destinations. Please note that we currently do not ship to PO Boxes or remote areas classified as “offshore” by our shipping carriers (e.g., Christmas Island, Norfolk Island). If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at sales@proroper.com.au before placing your order.

  1. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Rates are provided by our trusted shipping partner Australia Post. You will see the total shipping cost before finalising your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within Australia, subject to availability and exclusions (e.g., oversized or heavy items).
  • Express Shipping: Express shipping options are available for an additional fee, displayed at checkout.

Please note that international orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer (see Section 7 below).

  1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays in Queensland, Australia. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be processed the following business day. During peak periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there are any delays.

  1. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Australia (Standard Shipping): 3-7 business days for metropolitan areas; 5-10 business days for regional or remote areas.
  • Australia (Express Shipping): 1-3 business days for metropolitan areas; 2-5 business days for regional areas.
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by our shipping carriers. Pro Roper is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events or public holidays).

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website or contacting us at sales@proroper.com.au.

  1. Shipping Confirmation

We will notify you via email when your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, as Pro Roper is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  1. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. Pro Roper complies with Australian export regulations. However, we cannot guarantee that all products will meet the import requirements of every country. Please ensure that the items you order are permitted in your country.

  1. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at sales@proroper.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage. Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for faulty goods, depending on the circumstances.
  • Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will work with our shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a refund, as applicable.
  1. Change or Cancel an Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@proroper.com.au. We can only accommodate changes or cancellations before the order has been processed for shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
